The management consultancy service helps start-up, establishing or mature design businesses develop and implement strategy. Rachel deals with each business on an individual basis, spending time with the owner to find out what they really want and need. Ideas are not imposed from the outside, but worked through with the client so that they are comfortable with the solutions proposed and can continue without external input. Ongoing support is provided where needed or to review strategy on a regular basis.
